Rosalia (Rosa) has worked for several years in the early years sector as a crèche or nursery teaching assistant in various schools and nurseries. Rosa joined Rosemount in March 2022, as a nursery assistant. She has successfully completed a diploma in childhood and youth studies, as well as Health and Social Care. Rosa speaks Italian, Spanish and French. Rosa loves working one to one and in groups and takes great pleasure in growth and independence in children. She loves encouraging children to learn through play and enjoys interacting and connecting with them while they play. She encourages learning through curiosity and exploring new things. Best of all, Rosa loves developing young enthusiastic readers with consistency, repetition of sounds and appropriate questions to develop understanding.
